Exchange of Prisoners was presented at the Odd Duck Studio on Seattle’s Capitol Hill, from September 17 – 26, 2004.

Exchange of Prisoners is a tale set in 1917 about a young German soldier with a gift for storytelling, who visits home on a 5-day furlough.

But when his desire for a little R&R clashes with his sister’s war-mongering and his mother’s need for order, domestic tranquility turns to upheaval – and time is short for a family reconciliation.

Exchange of Prisoners was written by Roxanne Ray, directed by Lauren E. Appel, and featured the performing talents of Craig Anders, Therese Henning, Eric Inman, and Karen Milling.  Design talent included Jeannine Clark, Corrine Davis, Jason Simms, and Steven Studer, with Set Construction by Kristina Lockard, Reed Nakayama, and Peter Sawicki -- plus Ann Marie Caldwell as Stage Manager,  Dana Boggs as Dialect Coach, and Katie Boyd as House Manager.
