What dark comedy ensues when repressed teenage sexuality meets a telephone book listing – and a little homegrown religion gets tossed in! Our protagonist Penelope bursts into womanhood, while around her unfolds the haunting “horror show” in her head.
		Hook the Holy Hollow was written by Roxanne Ray, directed by R. Nina Ruchirat, and has been a Finalist in 4 New Play Competitions. This performance featured the performing talents of Jessica DiSalvo, James DuRuz, Elisa Hays, J. Spyder Isaacson, Andrew Loviska, Tom McIntire, David Nance, Maya Ray, and Sulo Turner, as well as the design talents of Julie Campbell, Amy Christie, Andrew Hamilton, Alison Park-Douglas, Jason Thiroux, and Sulo Turner. Hook the Holy Hollow also presented the work of Aaron Orensky as Fight Choreographer, Noah Benezra as Light Board Operator, Alejandro Gutierrez as Sound Board Operator, Ashley Ellsworth as Stage Manager, and Julie Campbell as Assistant Stage Manager.
